If you are in the business events industry, we would like to invite you to become a member of Australia’s leading marketing body for international and national conferences and events.

When you join BESydney, you form an alliance with a dedicated team of professionals with an impressive track record of success in the business events market.

International and national events won by BESydney in the 2007-08 financial year are expected to attract more than 46,200 delegates to the city with an estimated value of more than AU$144.8 million to Sydney and New South Wales (NSW).

Membership in BESydney gives you the opportunity to market your venues, goods and services to international and national organisations, generate strong domestic sales leads, access valuable research and data and to network with key industry colleagues.

Membership levels

There are four levels of BESydney membership, designed to suit all businesses and budgets. We will help you decide on a membership level that best suits you, based on your business activities, budget, long-term goals and more immediate needs.

Red membership

Red membership is considered a good starting point for new members. It can be used to build brand awareness and increase business opportunities through domestic sales leads. Red membership costs AU$2,400.

Bronze membership

Bronze membership is often used by smaller hotels, venues and suppliers, and members in regional areas. It enables you to benefit from domestic leads, and gives you greater access to networking events. Bronze membership costs AU$5,100.

Silver membership

Silver membership helps you expand your business. It is often used by medium-sized venues and suppliers to gain leads for international and domestic events. It also provides you with opportunities to host site inspections and be included in familiarisation itineraries. Silver membership costs AU$12,100.

Gold membership

Gold membership is BESydney’s premium service, with exclusive benefits. It taps into our bidding activities as well as domestic leads by giving you access to clients and hosted buyers, through site inspections and BESydney familiarisations. Gold membership is frequently taken by international hotels, venues, attractions and services. Gold membership costs AU$24,000.
