AccessNSW is a free service provided by the Sydney Convention and Visitors Bureau that will help make the planning of your event easy, providing ideas and sourcing quotes on your behalf from venues and other event partners whilst maintaining your privacy.

How AccessNSW Works
- Simply complete the Request For Proposal (RFP) document (for a minimum of 50 people per event or 10 accommodation rooms)
- AccessNSW will confirm the receipt of your RFP and identify venues, products and services suited to your criteria
- Within 48 hours AccessNSW will provide you with proposals and coordinate site inspections of short-listed venues at a later date, if required
- You deal with suppliers direct to finalise all arrangements and payment procedures.
