AccessNSW is the official event planning resource that specialises in the New South Wales business events industry and represents a broad range of venues, services and event suppliers in Sydney and regional NSW. 

AccessNSW is a free service provided by the Sydney Convention and Visitors Bureau (SCVB) that will help make the planning of your event easy; providing ideas and sourcing quotes on your behalf from venues and other event partners whilst maintaining your privacy. 

Since its launch in 2003, AccessNSW has assisted more than 1,000 meeting and event planners stage outstanding events with a minimum of effort.  
 
Simply outline the requirements for your event and AccessNSW will find venues, services and operators that match your brief.

How AccessNSW Works

• Visit www.accessnsw.com.au and complete the Request for Proposal (RFP) form
• AcccessNSW will confirm the receipt of your RFP and identify venues, products and services suited to your criteria (for a minimum of 50 pax per event or 10 accommodation rooms)
• Within 48 hours AccessNSW will respond with a range of quotes that meet your requirements
• AccessNSW will coordinate site inspections of short-listed venues if required
• You deal with suppliers direct to finalise all arrangements and payment procedures
